What we can help with
Because Ads Remover is a publisher rather than a software developer or vendor, the enquiries we are able to answer are specific:

What we cannot help with
We cannot provide technical support for any browser extension. Installation problems, a broken site, billing on a paid tier, or removing an extension are all matters for its developer, whose support channels are listed on the store listing. We hold no accounts and have no access to their systems.
We also cannot advise on whether a particular extension is safe to install, or diagnose why a specific site has stopped working. Read the store listing and the developer’s privacy policy, and remove anything you are unsure about. We do not offer legal, financial or technical advice.
